Nice When an Item Exceeds Expectations!

I bought this helmet last week and have used it on about 3 cold or wet weather rides.

The helmet is actually very nice looking. I have the silver. The construction appears to be as good or better than other more expensive helmets that I own. The pads feel secure and comfortable, the finish is great, and the modular mechanism feels solid. The "Eagle eye" vents seem well constructed and seem that they might hold up over time much better than the vents on the HJC helmet I've had for a long while. They are easily engaged with my gloves on.

The only dig I have (and this is a reach), is it seems to fog up more quickly than my other helmets at this writing. It is cold(ish) and rainy here now, so that may not be a fair test. Noise insulation is adequate.

Overall, the fit and finish is very nice, and an unbelievably great deal for a modular helmet.

Very Customer Oriented

I ordered this helmet in Large. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The packaging and product were of a high quality (especially when you consider the price). I put it on and discovered that it fit too tightly around my temples, as I wear glasses. I went to the website and followed the instructions to exchange it for an XLarge. After UPS returned it I called and was helped by Ricky at IV2. He was very supportive and patient in our exchange. He even waived the shipping cost which I was supposed to have included in the package, but over looked. An excellent product, a great price and super customer service.... I recommend this to anyone!

Good helmet for the price.

This helmet works well for a modular. It lacks the field of view you have with a open face, but it stays warm and doesn't fog up when the vents are on. This helmet runs pretty true to size if not a little small. Construction is durable and should last many years of atv riding. Would recommend it to friends. Reason for a 4 star rating is you have to close the face/chin shield straight down (use two hands) or else one latch won't close. But other features such as weather seals make up for the added effort in the rain. Overall a good helmet for the price.
